These workbooks are for those who live with dissociation.
Some of the questions may be triggering. These workbooks aren’t a substitute for therapy. They are to help you on your healing journey to get to know your system and for parts to express themselves to tell their story.
I will continue to update this page as I work on more writing/drawing prompts.

Fill in the Blank Journal-this has fill-in-the-blank questions. It can be difficult to write a lot, find words to express how you feel, and what is going on. This journal helps with that by encouraging you to write in the first word that comes to your mind.
Identifying Alters-This worksheet is to help identify alters, their needs, how to address their needs, and other areas.
Internal Communication-These worksheets are to help with internal communication. Internal communication is important as it helps parts work together, know what is going on, and a way to express thoughts, and feelings.
Kids Journal-For kids who can write and draw. To support them as they tell their story.
Letters To My System-I recommend this journal for those who are in therapy. This is due to the prompts may be triggering. I also think it would be helpful to have someone to process the thoughts, behaviours, and feelings these prompts can trigger in a safe place.
